DELIVEREASY
Delivereasy is New Zealand’s on-demand delivery service. They’ve got a call centre made up of real humans, they pay their partners and their bills, and they’re New Zealand owned and operated.
Problem was, they were focused on access and speed, which made them look like the rest of their category. Stark, souless and efficient. And their competitors were outshouting and outspending them, everywhere.
So we launched a new positioning – ‘Leave a better taste in your mouth’ – which spoke to what makes their company different from the rest. And we built them a new brand around it.
Mouthville
For our first brand campaign, we had a job to do. Only 1/3 of New Zealanders knew about Delivereasy.
So we teamed up with Toybox animation to create Mouthville – an idyllic town inside a mouth where 90% of the conversations are heavily branded.
The series of 15 second ads revolve around all the great reasons to use Delivereasy – like being New Zealand owned, their help centre isn’t a chatbot, fast delivery, and being New Zealand owned…again.
